3. Provision of Services
• iFix Go performs diagnostics and repairs only with prior authorization from the client.
• For repairs that require device removal, it is mandatory to provide the serial number or IMEI.
• The customer is responsible for verifying the compatibility and functionality of the device before and after the repair.
• Verbal authorization, via message or electronic form, is valid as service approval.
4. Warranty
• We offer a warranty depending on the type of service and part used.
• The warranty covers technical defects related to the service performed.
• Damage caused by misuse, drops, moisture, oxidation, or third-party intervention voids the warranty.
• The warranty does not cover data loss from the device.
5. Payment Terms
• Payment can be made via PIX, card, bank transfer, or other methods accepted at the time of service.
• The amount will only be refunded if repair is proven to be technically impossible.

• Did you back up your data before the call?

9. Limitation of Liability
iFix Go is not responsible for:
• Data loss due to a service failure prior to the initial service failure
• Pre-existing hidden defects
• Damage resulting from third-party accessories or parts installed previously
